Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
Returns
We do not accept returns on opened, used, or unopened hair care products.
Refunds
Refunds are not issued once an order has been processed and shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
We will gladly replace the item or issue store credit at our discretion.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Root Remedy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
