Shipping Policy – Root Remedy

At Root Remedy, we’re committed to getting your hair care essentials to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control.

Domestic Shipping

Root Remedy currently ships within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

Root Remedy is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Root Remedy is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) at [your support email]. Include your order number and photos (if applicable) so we can assist you promptly.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues

Orders returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or incorrect addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges.
